Continuous Professional Development ensures staff are aware of our strategic service plan, aims, objectives and performance monitoring which ensures standards of care provided are excellent.
All our staff are CRB checked and full aware of our safeguarding systems.
Our management team are on hand to meet with parents to discuss any areas of their child's care. We offer an open door policy and ensure we work with parents as partners by encouraging parental input as much as possible. Evaluation of our services is regularly undertaken and feedback is always welcome.
