Fit ‘N’ Fun Kids are committed to providing a fair and open admission system that offers a competitively priced and good value service.  As a provider of registered childcare, we both encourage and actively support eligible parents/carers claiming and taking up the childcare element of the working tax credit. All care will be invoiced at the beginning of each month and must be settled within the first week of care to avoid late payment charges.  If parents experience problems paying they must speak to our Finance Manager as soon as possible so that we may look at areas of support.  Fees remain in place for any short term absence, however, with seven days notice, fees can be reduced by 50%.  Siblings are discounted.  Late collection of children will incur an additional charge based on our hourly rates.

Education Grant Funding for three and four year olds means that from the term following your child's third birthday, up until they start school, you are able to obtain funding to cover your child up to six hours per day.  We do welcome children to attend the funded sessions only with no cost to parents.

 

Payments can be made by vouchers, direct, card, cheque or cash.
